Payment Options

In order to serve you better and continue to provide the highest quality of care possible, we request that you pay for dental services at your appointment. We have a number of options from which you can choose to pay for your dental visit. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We also accept medical and dental payment options such as CareCredit. Many times, we can arrange an interest free payment plan so that your payments are spread out over time. If you are not familiar with any of these plans, we can assist you in setting up an account. There may be certain procedures where a deposit is required before treatment begins.

It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits by completing your claim forms and filing these for you. If your carrier is up-to date, we will transmit the claims electronically before the end of the treatment day! However, we can only estimate the amount your insurance company will pay and in some cases there is a difference between the estimate and actual payment. In cases where the insurance company pays less than expected, you are required to pay the unpaid balance with in 30 days. We file all kinds of insurance.

BlueWave Dentistry has not been assigned a provider for any insurance companies. Many “preferred provider” type insurance companies dictate that only the lowest quality materials and treatments are adequate for their subscribers. We disagree. We know that all of our patients deserve to be treated equally and be given all options when treatment is necessary. This way, you, not your insurance company, are left to decide what is right for you.

The relationship between you and your dentist should be just that, and not between your dentist and an insurance company. However, we will be glad to assist you while working with your insurance company to maximize any benefits you have. We are committed to helping you in any way we can, with or without insurance, either "in-network" or "out-of-network."
